The Brookeville Academy is a fully restored two-story stone building with a new addition completed in 1997. It has won several historic preservation awards. The building was built in 1810 and the second story added in 1858. It is available for private functions including meetings, seminars, dinners, parties, and weddings. Its early 19th-century ambiance coupled with its 21st-century amenities and accessibility make the Academy a desirable venue for a variety of gatherings.

The Brookeville Academy is a non-smoking facility.
First Floor Dining Room – The room measures 21 feet by 31 feet, accommodates 65 people, and is adjacent to the buffet corridor. It has white oak flooring and six large windows with cherry wooden blinds. Six 60” round tables, four 6’ rectangular tables, and up to 65 stacking upholstered chairs are included in the rental fee.
Second Floor Lecture Hall – The room measures 21 feet by 31 feet and accommodates 65 people. There is a small raised stage at one end of the room. Original pine wood floors with three Victorian-era chandeliers and a high arched ceiling make this an elegant setting. Cherry wooden blinds hang at the seven windows. Two 6’ rectangular tables and up to 25 padded armchairs are included in the rental fee.
Lawn Area – The Brookeville Academy lawn area is a wonderful location to enhance various indoor functions. The lawn area can be used for receptions, weddings, parties, photography locations, etc. Tents, canopies, and other furnishings may be used, depending on weather conditions.
